Tobi shines at the intersection of valuable service, creative strategy + wellness. As a wellness advocate and social agitator, Tobi aims to diversify wellness spaces and make wellness convenient and lifestyle-friendly. For her this looks like modern and relevant programming, that’s inclusive of race, gender, sexual orientation and body diversity.
Since college, Tobi has alway been passionate about creating businesses/platforms combining business/entrepreneurship and social good. Tobi is dedicated to creating sustainable safe + well spaces.

Jonathan is a native of Columbus, Ohio who has a passion for serving his community. He is a 200hr yoga teacher, + serves the BE community as the assistant teacher + event coordinator. By day he serves the city’s youth, connecting them to resources that aide in their self-sufficiency and success. When he’s not working, Jonathan enjoys traveling, ginger tea, unforgettable moments with the people he loves, and having fun with inversions!
Jonathan has found liberation in yoga. It’s allowed him to be more present in the moment, + build a community that continuously pours into me. He teaches because he desires to continue to share his practice with his community. More specifically, sharing the practice + its benefits with black men + underserved youth, helping to manage trauma. Jonathan's goal, through his yoga practice, is to introduce a another tool that we can add to our wellness toolbox!
Morgan Scott, b.k.a. DelaKarrington, is our digital strategist leading our social media and assisting with creative direction. Dela has a deep passion for people and how what captives us. She graduated from Otterbein University with a B.A. in Psychology, minor in American Sign Language. Currently, Dela is based in Cleveland, Ohio. You can catch Dela creating (poetry,content for social media, singing, dancing) and vibing (at art museums, live shows or practicing some sort of self care).
